Amazing Amazing Amazing buyer’s realtor!!! I recently (actually today!) purchased 4 unit multi-house in Los Angeles area with Mr. Pak. I am out of towner and this purchase is for investment purpose. Since I am not California resident, there were little more than typical home buying issues with the home inspection, loan company, seller/listing agent and so on. I thought that I could not buy this property. Mr. Pak helped me with these issues one by one, step by step. He was extremely thorough in inspection and brought price cut more than i expected!!!! Also, I had a loan issue with the lender, so the whole process was delayed for about a month. The seller was very upset and deal was almost broken. However, Mr. Pak managed the situation wisely and protect my earnest money. He ensured my home warranty. And he is still helping me to find out property managers, contractors, and owners’ insurance.
